I hate people that assume I'm a dude because of my crude display of emotions.

But, concerts are awesome. I went to a Haste The Day one not to long ago.

Yes, yay concerts.

I'll say it again, Mastodon was pretty awesome. Being right at the front, arm's length from Bill Kelliher and right next to one of the big PA speakers was pretty much unforgettable.

I'd insult you Meis, but I'm already over my quota for the day. No hard feelings.

The onlt concert coming this way I know of is Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, and with any luck I'll see it.

Mastodon was my last good Show. Right after that...there was two gay bands and then slayer. Its hard to call a show good if it dosent have Mastodon and Slayer now, for me anyways.

Yah, we managed to get a car there.

It was pretty awesome. We were there lining up to go into the venue, and the tourbus was parked at the side of the road next to us, and Brann Dailor was standing like on the other side of the road grinning. Even though we knew we were gonna be seeing him shortly anyway, that was pretty damn cool. Brent was there too, but he was fighting with Bill at the front of the bus.

We got right to the front, and people started getting a little restless and edgy after The Mirimar Disaster and Saviours had opened, so everyone got this big "MAS-TO-DON" chant going. Then they came out all This Mortal Soil, it was brilliant.

Troy was horizontal for the most part. I drew a picture.



So yeah. It was great.
