Well, the sprites overlap for one thing.

Also, it's not in 256 colors, so people won't be able to use it without converting.

why?so no one cant really claim as there's and when people go to use them cant cause they tryed to steal it.

If someone tries to steal it, they'll probably be able to convert it and use it anyway. It's not exactly rocket science.

Anyway, your rips are pretty good. You've put plenty of effort into them. The only criticism I have (And this is only personal opinion, mind) is to put more sprites in one charset. It bugs me slightly to see 250 charsets, each containing 4 or 5 sprites. It's cool that you're eager to rip, but c'mon, put more in one charset.

Anyway, keep it up.

heres the chipset template. you will need to carefully remove the info bar from the side. it is there to help, but makes the image too large... enjoy!
