I mean A LOT of villagers. I'm trying not to have the same villager twice in the game.

Could you guys help me create a bunch of normal looking denizens (no pointy ears) of men, women, elders, and kids with the Chara generator?

Any reason why you can't make them yourself? Generally you ask for things you can't do and try and do what you can on your own. I'm sure you can manage a bit of generator button pressing.

Try downloading CharasEx if the online one won't work.
Other than that...... recolor the RTPs, maybe? Or look in complete resources. I don't see what having none of the same will do for your game.
