Can someone improve upon these sprites?

I recently switched to Rm2k3, and I still have these sprites that I drew from my old RPG creator. However, I need these sprites to be made into charsets that look more like the RTP charsets so I don't have to go through the long process of making a tileset to match it. Can someone please do that for me? My sprite-drawing skills kind of suck.

Did you try the charas generator? You can probally make them with it.
