That is one versatile restaurant. Sushi, burgers, and tips? Ridiculous!

Oh, and I know next to nothing about sushi. God help me, the hippie-looking fellow on the right better be spewing accurate information! Otherwise, I won't hesitate to label him an ignorant kook!

There is some vegan sushi, I believe...

# vegetable roll (a mix of about 4 vegetables rolled up in rice and nori)
# asparagus roll
# avocado roll
# plum roll
# cucumber roll

But traditionally, Sushi definitely has fish in it.
Salmon and tuna sushi is the best. I'd say prawn is pretty good, and fake crab is aight. God help you if you're eating a roe one, though.

There are indeed vegetable sushis, such as cucumbers, etc. But those with fish really are the best, especially salmon, yes. Though it might come with wasabi or whatever, I prefer mine sauceless. It's quite expansive, but really worth it. Assuming you actually like it, of course.

But yeah, vegetable sushis exist.

I thought sushi referred to the special kind of rice that your (octopus, cucumber, sparrow, etc) was served on.

Never get sushi at a "Chinese" buffet, it's lukewarm and plasticky.

The word "Sushi", I believe, refers to the seaweed roll.
Or not, I can't really remember that much from Japanese class.
