Edit These Two MP3s Together?
« on: July 15, 2007, 11:30:19 PM »
I found this song from Prince of Persia that perfectly fits with my game. The song has two versions. One is from the original soundtrack, and the other is ripped from the game. I need some help combining them.

The OST version is called "Attack of the Sand Bird." The intro is perfect, and fits very well in-game. It's way too short though. It starts to fade out after about a minute.

The Ripped version is called "The Father." This version is much longer, but the intro fades in. It's annoying compared to the first. It also fades out at the end of the song.

I need help replacing the second version's intro with the first. I also want this new version to have all fade out sections deleted. This way it's a long and looping song.

Can someone help me? I could really appreciate the help.

I'll take a shot at this, but I'm not making any promises.

Try downloading the freeware version of Audicity.  It is a music editing program.  I think you will like it.  The only problem is that it doesn't work with midi's.

I already have audicity. It won't let me do anything. I've tried open, import, record... It only lets me listen to the song.
