If anyone can plz help. I'm looking at xp and I've seen that you can change the battle system from a front view to a side view "not unlike rpg maker 2003". I have no clue how to go about this does anyone eles?

Sounds like you need to find a Ruby Script that will do this, as I don't think it's a default option.
I found this over at RMXP.org
, it appears to be what you need. As far as I've read they don't allow illegal copies of RMXP either so it's safe to link to them, although if not someone can correct me.
