I'd say Goku. Technically, Superman turns into a normal person if he is far away from sunlight. Plus Goku seems to have this power to go through puberty more than once. <_<

I just figured out that "Crisis" was when they changed Superman from being a goddish person, to a basic superhero.

Correct me if im wrong, but it is our sun that gives supes a big power boost? Get him under the light of a red dwarf and theoretically, he should not be powerfull at all...

I have read enough about Superman and Goku to say it would be a epic battle but Goku would win in the end.
The second Goku goes SSJ4 the battle would end in one punch..

Even if Goku lost he would come back to life 10 times stronger.
