Huh?

Please Help! My computer is being all like...totally gay and won't let me add or delete hardware, and a constant pop up saying:

WARNING! Potential Spyware Operation!
Your computer is making unauthorized copies of your system and Internet files. Run full scan now to pervent (not prevent) any unathorised access to your files! Click YES to download spyware remover...

So far, I just keep clicking No, but I don't think that will last long. Plus it's annoying as hell. I've used Spybot: Search and Destroy so far, and I tried using my Norton, but it's a piece of ****. If anyone knows (because I know there are some out there) any online downloadable safe anti-whatever-I-need. If for some reason you can't post the link here, please email it to me @ Darrellito@hotmail.com

Me and my computer both thank you for your help :P

Sorry to tell you that you have successfully acquired Adware and possibly, Spyware. Using Norton won't help you much since it's a piece of royal crap (but I think you already know that). I can give you a really good website that might help you find good antivirus/anti-adware/spyware. If you are ever interested, PM me.

If the extreme comes, then you might have to install windows all over again, FRESH, so, if that happens, back up yer stuff like gemini said.

PS: BTW. I am fairly sure that yer mistake was to click "No", on the AD that falsely claimed that yer computer was infected. The next time you see something like this, either, click on close or better yet (and I prfer this one) Alt+Ctrl+Delete to call up the Task Manager, click on the processes tab and close that window or if it comes to it, the whole web browser. The ""button"" saying "No" is, most of the time, a flase button and it's actually a link to their page, no good. Also, this might be  a sign that someone has been visiting crappy Pr0n websites, if it was you, then watch out for such websites, they usually have lots of ADware/Spyware...

Anyway. Download Ad Aware: http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-2007/3000-8022_4-10766151.html?tag=lst-1

Install, Update, run.

In that same site download "Zone Alarm". Install, update.

On that same type download: bitcomet. Install. Go to you favourite torrent site. Search for "Nod32". Download. Run the anti virus (Norton ****) on the archive before installing. If clean, install, update, run (read the "read me" archive before running it, for tips on how to make the program...infinite.).

Next, bang your head against the wall. You're dumb and naive. Never click on pop ups. NEVAH!
