Picture Problem v.2

alright, I have a map-sized picture for lights, but the picture scrolls even though I don't have the box checked. Any way to stop this? Here's a pic of the map:

you should post za screeny of the event page, and one of your lights...
Im assuming that thur is a screenshot of the map.
