My first face set edit ever

In this picture I was trying to make
it black and white looking like, a
photograph with a frame.  Would
you guys be able to tell me how it looks its
the second one top row from the right.

It's pretty hideous actually. Did you do it by hand? Perhaps try using something like Photoshop (or even a couple of internet based programs can do it) to convert just that one face to grayscale, then paste it in. Right now it just looks sorta icky and grainy.

I only notice two very subtle differences (and maybe not even that).  The eyes and the eyebrows, and the cloths.  It's not much of an edit, though I like the expressions, and the 'photograph', as Phayre said, is, in full, blunt honesty, awful.

yeah i did it by hand it was way hard
on paint so i should use photoshop?
