Yes, that's right. After months of job seeking drudgery, Pahyre has obtained a glamorous position as a cashier at K-Mart. This means several things for you:
-You will see ven LESS of Phayre, meaning less vanilla coke and more TESTOSTERONE
-Ember Sky's progress will be even SLOWER, since Phayre's life and writing comes first
-You may never shop safely at K-mart again, for Phayre will undoubtedly convert them all into secret experimental labs of doom to aid her in world domination and/or destruction
-Phayre will randomly ask you what to do with all this MONEY, then realize she has to pay for COLLEGE and ignore suggestions, instead wasting monetary funds on low calorie rice cakes and lattes

They're not as cheap as Wal Mart, but not as trendy as Target, so I can see why they're thinning out. Of course, they pay me, plus I get discoutns at both Kmart and Sears... so they'd better not die. *shakes fist*
