Help!

[Miss Muffet]

I made this faceset for my 2m2k3 game but when i try to import it, it doesn't work. It says something like "invalid color depth". What does this mean?

I saved it in Microsoft Paint as a 24-bit Bitmap, 256-bit Bitmap and a PNG image but they don't work. Only the 256-bit Bitmap works but I don't like it cuz all the colors change and turn yuck. How do i fix this? Can anyone help me and fix it plz?

You need to make it 256. But dont use paint for that! download a little program called Irfan View. it'll let you change to 256 without your faceset dying.
