Waterfall mist

I dunno if anyone's made this yet, but some guy on YouTube saw it in one of my videos and asked for a tutorial.
There's several ways to give waterfalls a mist effect, but the most detailed looking is also the one that looks best. You need a good picture of some kind of mist, and a fair amount of understanding with pictures. Make a new event somewhere close to the water fall (Make sure that it's touch-activated and underneath the player) where the mist first comes into view.
Be sure that you scale the picture up so that it covers the whole screen, and be sure that you can still see the screen, not just the mist. 'Behind' that, make another event (underneath player, touch-activated) to erase the picture of the mist (so that you don't see the mist even after you leave).
Once you're sure that the mist works, copy and paste the event that makes the mist appear and make a circle around the water fall, doing the same with the picture eraser. Make another event one or two tiles closer to the water fall, and make it the same as the first, only instead, make it MOVE picture ,
TURN OFF HALT OTHER PROCESSING
, and make the mist become a bit more visible. Make a circle of the event again.
By now it's going to start look pretty confusing if you don't pay full attention. Keep repeating making the mist darker until you reach as close to the water fall as you can get. To be sure you did it right, test the game out. What you get should look something
