Running Poses

Simply put, I would appreciate it if someone could take this blank charset and re-make it into a sort of "running" animation on all sides.

However, I'd like to be a little more specific with what I'm asking. I would like three different running styles from the template.

One: Hands in a fist, raised to the chest, moving forward and back as he runs. I'm sure you've seen this run style before. We've all done it at least once. It's almost like a jog, but while actually trying to be quick.

Two: Similar to the first in that the right hand is in the same position, but the left hand should hang at the side, almost as if it were holding a pistol to the ground. In addition, the arm should swing just a tiny bit while running.

Three: Running forward, legs flying back and forth, both arms held back as though they were wings.

It's just a template, so I figure the job should be easier than if I were to have already designed the characters onto it. I'll be sure to credit you for your work come August 23rd.
