japanese Restaurant chipset help

can someone help me make this chipset work for rpg maker 2003
it needs fixing up to work as i made the top line of it
it will need a table  and some where to pay for the food
or you can pay the ones that get the food for you
i need a red box like the red rug to fill in the floor
wood for the roof like holding the butterfly doors
wooden posting for roofing if you know what i am asking
the sun window like the left hand side on floor bottom yellow brown
if you help me i see what i can do for you
as got lot to do for this game
