Could someone make this man into a monster with a battle pose like he's about to shoot an arrow, please?

Try png.  Much better for sprites.  Also, if its the host that did it, try photobucket.

I did this one with photobucket, but I haven't tried .png hold on as I upload it.

To answer your question, I want it to be the same height as the battle characters.
