I think there is a better version of the same thing out there i happen to possess, its a download version but it has the advantage of larger selection, color changing, repositioning, and you can add stuff. I need to find the download link to it or put it up for download myself.

Facemaker PL.  It was made using rm2k or 2k3, i can't remember.  Neat to find it on a site like that though. =/.

Vlad pretty much beat me to it.  And the RPG Maker one is definitely better.  It has all those things Vlad mentioned.
