I was trying to make the tail look reptilian ish with scales.

Kind of incongruent, but ok. I think you failed to pull off the scale-y look, but at least I see why you didn't make it furry.

Well ryu is more focused on the Single Strong hits, while Ken is more of a Multi-hit Attack guy.

In the earlier versions of Street fighter (SF2) they didnt say the kick correctly.

Im not really sure what PJ is but I really like the Dog-thing.

Well, they are also the most balanced and the ones that look the coolest. I always play Ken on street fighter games, though Ryu is one of my mains in Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Because Ken is not in it. And they usually play exactly the same, anyway.

Let's say I play 10 matches of SF4 online.
There will be about five Ryus
About three Kens
The remaining two will be characters that are actually fun to fight. (Or Akumas. **** Akuma too)
