Downloading a whole page..

Here's the think: I found this page in which I can create goons for Cyberpunk, which is extremely usefull, since you need waste to be wasted. And making NPCs, as quick as it can be, takes a lot of time.

I was wondering: is there a way for me to download that page to my computer, or copy that engine so I can create my goons w/o a internet conection?

I'm not sure Chances are it's a script, which you'd have to download as well and configure. Things like this are nasty.
