I'm thinking... Alignment switch week, or something. For instance, Archem would be a friendly white ghost, Lucas would be an evil Pokemon abuser, etc.

Or alternate character week. Like, if you had any other character besides your standard alias. I dunno.

I still like the super hero week idea.

But that wouldn't be so clever. We need to think more... out there. Y'know? As fun as metal week sounds, it's too easy. Long tongue, face paint, ripped shirt, spikey hair. We do some of this already with our avatars, you see? Not a very big deviation from the "norm".
