Well, to be honest, it should be pretty obvious. I mean, if eBay exists, it's probably quite legal, isn't it? And don't come saying you didn't know about eBay... I wouldn't believe you...
And there are pawn shops pretty much everywhere too... not even sure you use the term "pawn shop" but anyway...
Plus, there are game shops which sell used games.
All these are legal, obviously.
So how exactly can you think selling your game would be illegal?
