Unless... I have a slight idea. DF, can you make it so an enemy disappears and reappears nearby instead of actually moving there?

I know they are small as hell, but I remember Dmitri's sprite being no much bigger when I played Castlevania.

Ah good! You only need to make a left side frame instead of a left and right by the way unless one side is different from the other. Well if you do, the sounds then I'll list the sounds as per monster:

Pain
Seen/Heard player
Death
Active(wandering around)
Attacking

For Player it is

Pain
Death
Landing
Bumping into wall

and that's the basics.
