Dragon Fantasy: My Hero.




Story:
The story of Dragon fantasy: My Hero is a lighthearted tale told through the eyes, ears, mouth and nose of a young adventurer named Leon. One day while adventuring through one of the nearby forests, he encounters a man by the name of Mr.Leopold the 24th, who mistakes him for the legendary Hero. However, Leon finds himself in quite the pickle when Leopold won't take "No" for an answer. And so our young protagonist is forced to take arms against an approaching evil--an evil that he himself may not be destined to face!




Gameplay:
Like the other games in the series, Dragon Fantasy: My Hero runs on an front-view battle system. However, unlike the first two games, this one is complete with spiffy graphics pulled straight from Dragon Quest 3-7. We've moved on from the NES and on to the SNES! How exciting.

Now on to the actual gameplay (just decided to include a bit about the graphics in here because I didn't think it deserved its own section). Now...some people may take a dislike to this, but that will not matter. It's not changing, so get over it. In this game, the party limit is one character: Leon! Yes, yes. I am trying to go for a sort of original Dragon Warrior approach, and it is proving to be quite fun! You know, a single hero against a single enemy with only a limited amount of spells and such. And though it was like that, the original Dragon Warrior/Quest still found a way to be highly addictive! Let's see if I can pull off something similar.

Aren't those the SNES DQ grafics? I've actauly been wanting some good old fasioned DQ adventuring so I'll give it a try.

And I must say, it is a very short demo. You know, just a taste to wet your wiskers and let you know what the rest of the game will be like (the full/complete game).
