Just started spriting...

This is also my first post, so I guess I'll just say hello in this too. 
As the title says, I just started spriting a few days ago and I just finished my first template along with 2 hairstyles and an outfit that is a WIP.
So I'm just looking for some feedback so I can know what I need to improve on. Also, I haven't shaded the template because I don't know if it will be the final product.





If they appear too small I'm sorry, I'm not really too familiar of how to resize them.

Interesting style, if a bit cartoony. You've got a bit of talent for this, IMPO, for a beginner. I'd say keep practicing, and you can be pretty impressive.

My only problem with it is the feet, which can look way too big at times.

Thanks for your opinion, and about the style, I'm going for something that's unique and easy to edit.
The issue with the legs...I'm not very good with front and back walking animations. I've look through some tutorials, but have only had luck with side-view cycles.
If anyone here can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated!

Just found another thing I'm not that happy with, and that would be the prone still pose for front and back.
His arms and legs are swung out way too far.

Well, I edited the template a little and I think it is much better.
But If I need to make any more improvements on it please tell me.
Also I know it was in VX format before, so I remade it in 2k3 as well.
