Very true. I found Scary Movie to be a fun little film the first time through, but then they kept making more. And they kept getting worse. And then they stretched their twisted fingers out to other movie genres to choke the life out of them via parody.

Hmm... I haven't seen a lot I really consider the worst.

But there is Hancock. The storyline jumped to something totally new about halfway in the movie. It barely explained squat, and left me in a bit of confusion by the end.

There is also Over the Hedge. I hate it when developers of animated movies get the "kids movie" notion so far up their heads that they don't make anything memorable or new. The plotline was really predictable, and it wasn't really that funny either. Overall the movie felt pretty crapped out.

Oh, and Bebe's Kids. I vaguly remember it, but I remember the steryotypes and the disturbing image of two, ugly whores. I think I'm better off not thinking about it.

I also didn't like the Mummy 3. Similar to Over the Hedge, I could kind of see where everything was going. It was kind of like the first Mummy, and pretty generic.

OH GOD WHY HAVEN'T I MENTIONED THIS ONE YET!? Fantastic Four2 (or FF silver surfur or whatever). That was just a waste of my time. I felt like I was watching some Saturday morning cartoon as oppose to a movie.

A friend and I watched that on SciFi, and we took bets on what they'd censor the "infamous line" with (one of our guesses was "eat some pizza" or something to that effect). Imagine our surprise when the guy said, "Whaddya say I...take you home and watch 'Lucy.'" Laughter ensued.

I listed shark movies right? I believe I did. That movie sucked. Sci-Fi can take it's "originals" (more like cliche ripoffs) and flush them down the toilet. Whoever makes these movies needs to TRY, it's like even the actors laugh at how stupid the movies are.

Definitely Donnie Darko. Same reasoning as gem, but also because the only way you can understand it fully is if you watch the movie 4 or 5 times over (or more) or look it up on google. Because it sucked so hard but I hate not getting something completely, I chose to do the latter.

Seriously though, if you want bad films, talk to me. I'm the self-called expert on bad movies. I seek them out for my sickening thrills of watching so bad it ruins your day.

The absolute worst one? Difficult. There's Blood Gnome, which scrapes the bottom puke of a gallon of puke. There's Open Water, which deserves the title "Most boring film ever", but recently, I think I've bought one that even tops both. That's to say, I couldn't last past the first twenty minutes of the two-hour long film, which says a lot about how bad the film is.

Swamp Zombies. Go search it out and you'll probably never see another film that's crappier.

Ive seen worse then DD, but they were a bit better because they at least didnt take themselves so seriously.

Honestly, Donnie Darko was so convoluted. It had no real factual point of reference, no anchor. It expected me to believe that paranoid schizophrenics have time jumping abilities, which I found particularily offensive, as myself, and many of my family member have suffered either from Paranoid schizophrenia, or a schizo spectrum disorder. It glorified mental illness, its soundtrack was bland and over hyped, it was a philanthropic attempt on drew barrymores part to pump money into a project to bring her some "Indy merrit", which, lets face it, as a child star turned hollywood tittiebasket, is something she wont have without buying.

Im not sure if the DOnnie Darko Sequel is out yet or not (straight to DVD) but its sure to be just as much, if not a bit more of a winner then its predessecor


Bloodsport was not even close to the worst. Not considering the existance of the Karate Kid 1,2 and 3.
