And he ISN`T a dark knight...well maybe he can be but he looks more like a holy knight because of the blue armor.

There's a difference.

Newbie = New Person.  Someone who's not quite sure how to do what they're doing, but is willing to learn.  Usually good-mannered, and willing to accept advice.

n00b = Idiot.  Think they know everything, complain when their game doesn't work, and finally flames the user that tells them that they need to place a party starting location, or some such.  May also use 1337 5p34k to make them seem smarter (at least to themselves.)

And to be on topic, those resources are nice.
