Old news to me. They were going to use an actual Persian prince as the lead, but that idea died somewhere.

At this point, to have any faith in this movie would be denial. After all, we had several recent flops already, such as Transformers: The Special Effects and Bad Acting Movie, and Alley Fighter: The Story of Some Chinese Woman or Whatever.
