Weird Problem With Jumps

I'm having this weird error where when my hero jumps, it displaces the pictures that are set to scroll with the map.

It's not a custom jump command or anything, just a regular action key activated jump on specific tiles. There is nothing in the triggering events that has anything to do with the pictures on screen.

Has anyone encountered the problem before or know how to solve it?
