What bkind of name is Mr. Cannibalhead?  I'm glad you asked!   It's a traditional Native American Name, meaning "craps from talk-hole".  Really, no joke.  Ok, that is a joke.  Actually, it's a character from a comic I used to do called "The Embarassing Story of Iam Noone".   MCH was a self-aware imaginary stick man who lived in the brain-meats of a drug addict.  His world was destroyed when a suicide attempt damaged the brain-parts he resided in  and he was later summoned into the real-world by a friendly passing voodoo girl.  Now I use it for my online avatar-type-thing.
