...all my uploads to fail... everywhere? Photobucket, myspace, youtube, imageshack... I can't upload images or video anymore. **** sucks. Little help pwz?

Uuh...this is probably a freak coincidence.
I'd wait a little while to see if it works, because if it was a bandwidth cap, then you wouldn't be able to download (which includes viewing webpages) anymore either.

I have no clue, sorry.

I did have that virus scare. But I'm certain I got rid of it. I've done dozens of virus scans with Malware Bytes, Avira, and Advanced System Care. Maybe it did some damage while it was on my computer?

You're probably still under the viral proxy (if you couldn't update Malware and such). That would prevent it. Thus I suggest you go to your internet options, go to connections, go to LAN settings (yes, you should go there) and check the proxy numbers. When you're under a viral proxy it's typically 5555 or something. It should be 8080 for you, normally. If it's all 5555's, clear the settings and you're good to go

Yeah, that's likely. Same thing happened to me for a while before I figured out what was going on. Check the proxy settings in IE, even if you don't actually use it.
