If you would have read more of that thread you would have seen that it was just something creatable from the link our old friend MrMister provided: http://www.charas-project.net/charas2/index.php?lang=en&generator=3

I also found this on the complete resources, in case you're not into RTP style: Bchar Template. Just draw boobs on it or something. Female.
