Malazan Book of the Fallen Resources Required

Hey everyone.
 You'll have to forgive me, I'm new to all this but I'm posting to request the help of anyone that would be interested in helping myself and a friend with an RPG we're looking to create based on the Malazan Book of the Fallen series by Steven Erikson. We need the whole works, really, with charsets and facesets being the most important. I'm good at scriptwriting and he's good with programming, but neither of us would know where to start with creating sprites and such.
In a sense, I suppose I'm hoping to recruit someone to help us out with the project, rather than simply requesting a single resource. If there's a better place for such a request, please point me in the right direction.
On the other hand, if you're interested, please let me know. Some prior knowledge of the series is preferable but by no means essential.
