A grackle is a generic blackish-brownish bird. They're pretty nasty and often attack other birds. Here, our grackle protagonist has stumbled upon a transmogrifier (kinda hard to read the lettering), which transforms him into a human. Grackle Man, who still has the brain of the bird, does what most grackles do...walk around with his mouth open like a dumb*** and try to intimidate others -- in this case, a group of young women who think this must be some kind of sex fiend.

Got the transforming, and I figured he was trying to scare them or something like cawing at the.

Had no friggin idea what a grackle was, it looks like a crow to me.

But now that I get it it is pretty funny. Not one of the funniest compared to your other ones.

The pie slice idea does seem kinda stupid at this point, i wonder how well others will pull it off.

Eh, scores bonus points for having a transmorgrifer.

Doesn't look like a cardboard box, so I award no bonus points.

They come in a cardboard box, though.

You should have had the BOINK sound effect for extra win.

Thanks! It's half white space, because the newspaper is doing some crazy event where the comics page is shaped like a sunburst. My comic is one of the "rays."

Oh. Cool idea, but it seems like the execution will be iffy all around.

Agreed.  It's not exactly a good format for a comic, unless all you were drawing was a wedge of cheese.
