But seriously. I guess we can do an election. If anyone wants to run for serious, say so. The mayor will be actually obligated to attempt to liven up and encourage Charas however they think they can - this can involve running a (feasible) contest, creating comics or other forms of creative art, or generally something else other than just posting.

The winner will also get All of All mod if they don’t have it, and if they do a pretty good job at being Mayor we’ll probably upgrade them to permanent, global mod even if we elect a new Mayor later.

BUT. You cannot be accepted unless you have at least one supporter, and I have the right to reject total newbies or chronically inactive members that only came back just to support someone. So if you want to cheat the system, you’d better find a way to fool me, and if you can successfully do that then I’d say you have a long and prosperous political career ahead of you.
