So you participated in the unions strikes in Wisconsin? That's awesome. We need unions. Apparently, on monday, ten thousand Union workers marched with Occupy Boston. Phenomenal numbers.

I went down to occupy Boston the other day because I live only an hour and a half away. It seemed like everyone was still a little rattled by the previous night. But I got to talking to people, and a lot of them are pretty down to earth. Unfortunately, mostly the rude and/or more radical people are the ones who really stand out.

Yup, my friends and I were in the center of everything from the first days of the protests. And its about to continue in a few days when we're going to try to recall our governor like we recalled a couple of our Tea Party politicians.

If you wanna check out the protests I was in, check out the spoiler. The pics take up a bit of space.

(I'm on the right)

And this one is in our state capitol

"There's a time when the operation of the machine becomes so odious—makes you so sick at heart—that you can't take part. You can't even passively take part. And you've got to put your bodies upon the gears and upon the wheels, upon the levers, upon all the apparatus, and you've got to make it stop. And you've got to indicate to the people who run it, to the people who own it, that unless you're free, the machine will be prevented from working at all."

Hell Yeah! Just recovered all my old rm2k/3 games from my 10 year old, broken laptop hard drive that had been formatted and had a new OS installed on it. Oh, and I did all of this from my phone. WIN

I loathe referring to government as "the man" or "the machine", but it IS an apt comparison. Unfortunately, I've been barred from viewing spoilers cuz of some glitch, sooooo yeah.
