Texturing and getting it into the game are the last things I have to do. I don't know what will be more difficult.

So getting it into the game as a weapon you can use is proving an impossible task. But here's what it might look like. Texture not final.

I redid the textures to better fit in the TF2 world.

Most of the colours come straight from the pyro's textures.

I have no idea what that hammer is. But it's looking awfully nice. Is there some sort of new mod for TF2 out lately? Been seeing a lot of parodies and such using it lately. Saw one of the Ultimate falcon punch last week.

The hammer is from Homestuck.
It's one of John's signature weapons.

Valve released the Source Film Maker recently. It is wonderful. As a result, people have gone nuts with it, and since the TF2 materials are ready-to-use, they've been the primary focus of people's films. Most people are too lazy/lack the knowledge to use other materials, original or otherwise.

Are you looking for criticism by the way? If you are, the smaller, coloured gears look less realistic than the others...  Then again, this is TF so maybe that's the style?

Let me tell you texturing those gears was hard. Too dark was too noticeable, too light and you can't see it. There's no happy medium!
