I enjoyed that!!! Did your prawn adventure thing ever get reviewed?

This has inspired me to finally get to work on Walrus Etherington. It makes Invasion of the Sexy Chimps look like Apathy of Angels (in terms of making sense and having a plot)

Haha, I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. Just as a note, I'm going to be pretty busy for the next couple weeks so the next crappy game might come a little later than the previous ones. My work schedule doesn't allow me much free time. But rest assured, it'll get done. I'm on a roll with these.

I wasn't aware that I told anyone about this other than mentioning that I had a crappy game on the way. Shows how well I remember things! :P

When I got my new laptop, I had to start it over again, but it's close to completion and should be done sometime in early September. I'm going to see if the person I was supposed to make it for will actually review it, but if not, I'll...well, I'll find something to do with it. I think it's pretty funny...though that's not a guarantee that anyone else will.

Excellent! Feel free to send it my way when it's done.

Completed Shyouzen Vs The Retards 2. The first game was reviewed by PROGUY and can be put up for download again if anyone want to try it out. Regarding the sequel, I'll probably set it up for public release once it's reviewed.

Any plans for your own games to be freely available? I admit I quite enjoy those surreal games (I still got "Appease Masamune", one of the older ones Drakiyth reviewed but never beat... and well, I actually beat it. Not super great but there's definitely a lot of stuff he missed due to getting stuck in that pyramid back when he reviewed the game).

Oh cool, you still do these? I still do love your playthrough on that robot game (forgot what it was called) in Drak's channel :)

brb sending some games for review... wait a minute...

What I found was that most of the download links don't work anymore, and, in the case one of Proguy's games, I could download the file but some of the media didn't compress correctly and therefore I can't finish the game.
Are you talking about 20 Blocks? Oh... A masterpiece it was...
Well I do have another game for you (made with RMXP) but I don't know if your Fraps (or whatever recorder you have) can work on it. I'll send it over anyway. Best of luck ;)

Yeah, Fraps works fine on RPG Maker XP games. If you have a registered version (which I do), you can set it up to record the entire screen. As long as you run XP in windowed mode, fraps will record it that way. You just have to crop the rest of the screen out in virtualdub or another video editing program. Either way, it's fine and new games are greatly appreciated. :P

Yeah, it was 20 Blocks. Got as far as the first building before it seemed like every option I took caused a fatal error.

Edit: Also, it is highly probable that my next crappy game review will be done tomorrow or the next day.

Just don't forget to eventually do the other 3 games in my gamepack. ;)

And how's this for a creative signature? (Clickable sig.)

And why exactly does it show a typical plumber porn intro scene?

Shameless plug here, but if you don't have any projects to video atm and don't mind doing a serious game, could you do one of my demo I just put out? It wouldn't take long, and I'd very much enjoy seeing someone pick at in :P
There is no text, so all there would be is commentary. Not sure if that is your kind of thing. If not, then no worries.

That's fine, MIC. I've been considering trying my hand at some serious games and I could certainly give it a try.

Greenraven...while I appreciate your efforts in making a sig, I'm not sure I want to go with the sex sells type of thing. I'm a classy lady. *Dons plumed hat and dark lipstick.* I do appreciate it, though, and I kind of like it in a way. Just a little over-the-top for an advertisement. :P

I support it... as long as it doesn't involve anything too... well, anything like your last attempt.
After all, a clickable sig would be nice, indeed.

I'd say, it should represent the product; crappy games. So... I'm not sure what exactly can be done, but I'm sure you'll come up with something, eh?

It's new review time! Yay!

This time the game is Shouzen vs. the Retards 2 by Captain Obvious, aka Zerodius. Took me a while to understand the game mechanics because I didn't play the first one yet (seeing that he wanted me to review the second one more) and I don't tend to retain instructions when they're heaped on me all at once. Because of this, I accidentally skipped the first level. Oops. Zerodius/Captain Obvious/Bob, if you want me to go back and play it and upload a video of that, I will.

The recording I took this time clocked in at about an hour, but I decided to only post 30 minutes for the time being. The reason for this is that I don't think it's necessarily a good thing to upload too much material at once. It's much easier when it's in bite-size chunks. Don't worry, though, I'll post the other half hour at a later date and even possibly go further into the game.

Anyway, here it is, enjoy.
