Borderlands 2 An Introduction to Sir Hammerlock Trailer [HD]

Sweet hobo jesus! And I was very impressed with the original Borderlands! O_O

In the first one I have a level 50+ siren, level 30 (something) berzerker and soldier, and a level 10 hunter. I can't even begin to imagine how many hours I'm going to put into THIS game. This will be my Skyrim/WoW.

I've yet to finish the first, though I probably will before the second one comes in. My friend suggested buying the 4 pack so we end up paying less each. I may get it, we'll see...
I mean, I do like the first one, and if we end up being 4 buying the game, I guess it'll just be even more fun... though our work schedule may not be the same...
But anyway, yeah, I may get it.

You should also get General Knoxx's DLC. It's a direct continuation of the original story as well as adding a +10 level cap, making the highest level go from 50 to 60. (The level 60 rare weapons are ****ing insane!)

Still haven't beaten the first game. I'm sure I have an excuse. I may or may not be getting this as a birthday thing, since it comes out one day before.

Thank god I have a brother with some similar taste. We've had some great fun with the first game, still haven't completed the General knox or robolution. Getting there though, diablo 3 got in the way.

New game looks rad. Some people will boycott it because one of the developer joked about builds being "girlfriend modes". Everything they do with this game is such a nice ammount of non-seriousness that it's just a blast playing it. Like this trailer.

I've heard of the "girlfriend mode" thing. Ridiculous.
I don't really like the General Knoxx DLC, to be honest. I mean, the quests themselves aren't too bad and stuff, but man, so much travelling... I wish there were Fast Travel things in the DLC's...
Also, I made the mistake of starting this DLC before beating the game and learning of a certain's character's death before it actually happened. D'oh! Though then again, it wasn't such a big surprise.

My brother sadly doesn't play as much as anymore. In our co-op we're only around Old Haven. I had to beat the game by myself with one of my other characters. :(

First off it doesn't really matter if you like the Knoxx DLC or not, it adds +10 levels and new perks. So it's basically a must to get even if you don't plan on actually playing it. Same with Broken Steel for Fallout 3.

And I assume you're talking about Commandant Steele's 3 seconds of glory? I honestly expected to fight her, but nope. XD

The only other two people I remember dying are Lucky and that hillbilly who gives you those Skag Gully quests early on in the game. (He shows up as a zombie NPC in the Island Of Dr Ned. You gotta feed him braaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaain.) XD

Thanks for the spoilers...

Anyway, yeah, I do have the DLC's. Bought the whole thing for $7.50. I don't really like the area that much, but I'll still do it. And yeah, additional levels are always nice.

Was it really 11? 10 seems like a more natural number. Either way my siren is only 54 or 55 so I haven't hit the level cap yet. XD

Yeah, for future reference, drop a spoiler tag around anything that seems spoiler-y. Not everyone on the internet knows all the spoilers (myself included, as suggested by my earlier post), so it's a common courtesy thing.

Borderlands goes to ELEVEN! You may have seen some games raise their level cap by 5, or maybe even 10, but with The Crimson Lance Assassination Squads wreaking havoc and Crawmerax the Invincible being all invulnerable and stuff we knew you'd need more than just 10. And that's why Borderlands goes to ELEVEN! The Secret Armory of General Knoxx adds new guns, new Class Mods, new vehicles, new missions, and increases the level cap by ELEVEN. Once you factor in all the new enemy types that need killing you're going to need eleven just to keep up. The Secret Armory of General Knoxx is an add-on pack for Borderlands that raises the level cap to 61, adds new guns, vehicles, Class Mods, shields, enemy types, and missions. In other words...best add-on ever. Of all time. Forever. The End.

Love how they explain their own DLC

Getting it, same with me mum and sis/brother-in-law, because I have a gamer family.
