Is it just me or does this game has the potential the be the best thing ever?

I mean... Open world sandbox zombie survival game? I can't be the only one who spent the last half of the last decade waiting for that.

Yeah, a few zombie games in this style seem to be right around the bend. It's weird how the zombie game I've always wanted is only now finally happening, and that it's happening across several games.

As for the Humble Bundle, I'm passing on this one since I already own all but two games, and I don't want those other two.

The only HIB I've ever really wanted was number 1, because that had Natural Selection 2 and Overgrowth in it, or something.

What? I severely doubt NS2 was involved, or I would be waiting anxiously for the release date.

I mean, I still am, but I don't want to spend money, so it's not quite as anxious.

You can't combine horror with sandbox effectively... at least not that I've seen.

They already did dead island and dead rising, this probably won't be a whole lot different.

Zombies are pretty dead-horse when it comes to horror, anyways (pun unintended).
Haven't seen scary zombies in...forever.

However, I do think a zombie sandbox game has the potential to be fun as hell.

And, from the trailer, this doesn't look like it's done extraordinarily well.
Looks like it's gonna be pretty "safe" in regards to gameplay.
Nothing really that new.

And I played the Wii version, and,  holy **** it sucked.
