Phayre! You're back! If only briefly, it's nice to see you again.

I'm looking forward to Christmas!  I'm also looking forward to the 'apocolypse' because I have money riding on it not happening ^_^

The deal is that if it happens, and we're in an apocalypse style situation where we're alive but have to survive in a wasteland, I'm his bodyguard for life with no pay.  We made the deal a couple of years ago back when we was genuinely nervous about it.

So you made the deal that if there's an apocalypse you get to be his meat shield? Just how does this benefit you in any way? Is he your bodyguard from now up till Armageddon or something?

The benefit is that there's money riding on it not happening, which is the most likely solution.

How does one bet on the Apocalypse happening, though? You don't even get to collect.

Also yes hi hello, I am here. I still pop in from time to exceedingly sparse time.

Well as I said, our bet was that the apocolypse would happen but we'd be in some fallout style post-apocolyptic situation.

And yes, nice to see ya.
