I haven't fought one so I couldn't tell you. Narg looks coolor tho, I'd rather fight a panther like thing. If you ever get a wiiu witht he game tho, lemme everyone know so we can play! (Since patch will allow europe and US)

Neither have I, couldn't really get into freedom unite because I started with Tri.
But people said that Barioth resembled Nargacuga which resembled the tigrex. Or something.
Gotta save some cash to get my hands on a wii u though. At least if I continue to supply myself with other games and stuff.

5 Days left over here, should be 2 days for all ye' Staters. Gotta report on how much like the original the game is, 'cuz that the one thing that would bug me.
Been playing a bit of Lord of Arcana on the PSP lately, great game. Kinda reminds me a bit of monster hunter. But not awfully much. Combat is taking place when engaging a monster in the "overworld" and most of the enemies are humanoid rather than dinosaurs, like skeletons and goblins. Still, the pleasure of killing enemies to receive items which makes better gear is there.

One more day till it's out here. I suppose I will see most of those changes on my own. How is the circle pad pro working with the game now? I purchased one and snake eater.
3DS multiplayer isn't limited to just arena quests right? 'Cuz that would suck.

Worst thing about having an item delivered to you through the mail - you have to wait.

The game arrived!
a bit boring that the intro movie when starting a new game is identical
Damn the game is smooth, the circle pad pro solved all my problems with the camera. Might not have been worth the price but dammit, it's monster hunter!
PS, the font is a bit blurry, looks fine with a bit of 3D on though. Also, the text, like descriptions of enemies and items gets a bit too tiny as well.
Do you have to purchase entries to the monster list on the wii u as well?
