You should get a ring of grandeur to get the 6 piece bonus and then grab a tasker and teo to get additional pet damage for your pack.

Also, anyone else thinks it's pretty boring that there is only 1 crusader set in the game? And both bonuses from that one is related to Akkarats champion.

With Tasker and Teo I can't use cloak of the garwulf. which gives me three wolves. As great as the AS buff is. The wolves are the strongest of the pets, and having 2 additional wolves, instead of the weaker pets attacking slightly faster, is better. Once I get the Ring of Royal, I'm looking for the shoulder piece of the marauders set.

that way I can keep the garwulf, and still get the 6 set bonus. I might get the Tasker, and just use the 3 set bonus and not worry about the sentry part. Go for maybe Blackthorne or Aughild for Elite% damage.

Yea, crusaders need another set. They need another 6 set, and a 4 set like other classes. And a main hand/offhand set combo like every other class. Crusaders lack a single green flail, and green shield combo, like the shenlong fist of fury for monks for example.

So Ike is confirmed for Smash, he is also in his Radiant dawn outfit this time. No idea if it will affect his moveset though.

Also, diablo legendary event is over. However, I still found a bunch of legendaries last night. Maybe they forgot to revert the drop rates.

Check the forums. The double legendary rate is now the default drop rate. the double rift key fragment drop rate was removed.
Ike's movement is probably going to be less 'Huge and slow hits', and more Captain Falcon's Slow and Fast mixup style just you watch. I think they're looking to remove all the Huge and slow, playstyle from characters as no one really likes those. Even more so in competitive play. Some characters are gonna be slower than others, but we're not gonna see anymore 3 second overhead swings from Ike or 3 second  fist charge up times on ganon and other similar moves.

Aw, shame. I actually like those slow characters. But I can see why they'd want to tone down on the slowness.

Any news regarding tripping? Is that bovine excrement still in?

I'm almost 100% positive that tripping will be removed. They seem to be focusing on the actual competitive scene this time. Hence the whole (for fun/for glory) type modes, and giving every map a neutral final destination version of it without map hazards.

I actually enjoy the heavy characters, something about getting a well timed hit in and score some KOs. Of course, they are easily pwned in 1 vs 1. But then again, I mostly play with at least 2 other people.

They made the legendary drop rate the normal drop rate? Best decision ever. It actually felt like it was worth playing the game during this week since you did cash in on as much as you did. Felt a bit more like diablo 2 I guess, you found more stuff, and more worthless stuff.

In group fights it wasn't much fun either to be dodging one person and get hit by another person whos attack took two decades but instantly wipes you out from 25%. Overall, the playstyle was boring. I liked Ike for some of his faster and awesome moveset but my god his overhead Forward tilt was the worst thing ever.

Just got done doing a T6 rift using the Marauders set. Just place 5 sentries and watch everything die. It was rather boring but efficient and satisfying.

That was for solo.

In my duo bounties I replaced multishot with either Elemental Arrow (thunder for stuns)
Or Impale with impact rune for knockback + stuns.

I have a calamity and I'm using spitfire turrets because the rockets they shoot proc calamity whereas the main bolts don't.

Went ahead and preoordered mario kart, can't resist an offer like that. Anyone tried Wii u party btw? Is it worth getting and playing with 3 other people?

Also, anyone played Drakengard 3 yet? Apparently it will only be out as download here in Europe. The style reminds me of The last story but the battle system looks different, and I can't figure out why that girl got an orchid stuck in her eye socket.

I did play Wii U Party, and it is surprisingly fun, but only for a couple of games, because there aren't as many games as Mario Party and a lot of them are easy to master.  But if you already have Mario, Pikmin, and Zelda, don't have much choice eh?

I have no played Drakengard yet, but I did purchase the collectors edition.  Am thinking of reselling it on eBay for an obscene profit.  I will be that guy.
