Need Older

How could i make this face set look older. Like in 30-40 years old? They all seem too young.

* Reduce the bulk of the hair and get rid of most of the spikiness.
* Make the eyes a bit smaller
* Reduce the bulk of the eyebrows and make them less slanted.
* Make the face slightly longer.
* Possibly give him a beard or something.

The faceset generator makes everyone look like they are about 15 though. Not your fault.
