Bad news: GPI is a bit busy with other projects, like jaPBe, so he won't be making new updates anymore.

Good news: The unofficial Charas.EX team is going official! I asked GPI for permission on making official updates and official builds for Charas.EX, and I got permission. Thank you, GPI! Anyway, I'm posting the source and binary of Charas.EX and the updater, so that Dark_Savant0 can include them to the official new release of Charas.EX. I'm also planning on making an official version 2 of Charas.EX.

And off course I'll put GPI's name in it. Hell, I even make a splash window (which can be disabled) where you can't find my name, only GPI's name! Thank you GPI and good luck with your projects.

Where GPI is active. You can also download the latest version of jaPBe (yet another PureBasic editor), a PureBasic editor. Maybe you can even find his game "Arena" or whatever it is called.

(Hopefully this gets sticky so people won't be sending GPI mails)

Oh, and I beg Alex to keep GPI mod of this forum, if only out of respect for GPI.

Don't go overwriting the other exe's yet because Charas.ex has a bug when importing a png then saving as a resource. You might want to start a thread/page where people can report bugs.

Yep, same here. A bug topic would be good. And you should get rid of all those annoying questions and ask that everyone read the bug topic for their questions and to post there. Then you can answer it in their post.

I have a bug too. Now I cannot click on anything in Charas.ex. I will redownload the link I was sent to see If that fixes anything. There will be a major update which fixes many of the folders and cmr files. If someone does my prior request.

Well, since Darkfox and Kijuki are admins now, there's no need for a mod.

PS: I did ask Alex to make you two mods.

Oh, and that was some error I don't know where that comes from (FIXEDZ0RZ!!!). But for now stick on the old version of GPI.
