I am a nebie and i have a Question. how do you guys make your own Chara/Battle Chara from scratch?

Well, you open a program such as Idraw or Paint get a template (found in the complete resources) and then you just sprite away.

A template is an empty "Charaset window" or "Battlechar window", with different colours for different frames.
Another way to start is open an existing charset and try to modify it...

OK, if none of those have answered your question, here is what yah do...
whille in rpg maker, open your import export thing and export your batlle chars (save them to somewere on your pc) then go into paint, open up your battle chara you savevd, delete everything (maybe even make boxes around were the charas stand) and draw away. save, and import it back into your game. then you will find it in your system when you change chara graphics.
