What program is used to create a battle charas and where can i get it? or is it just any paint program?

Hm, you could use PSP, photoshop, paint, or idraw.

ok, since i just use a paint program. do I have to allign them a certain way or anything?

Yes, you do, The spacing needs to be exact or the character will shift around awkwardly, which is why editing an existing battle character is highly recomended.

Nope. You'll have to do that manually.

But, there are templates in the complete resources, they help greatly.
