IP checks don't work to well with a lot of connections. With my dial up connection, my IP changes eveytime I go on the internet. So an IP check won't do too much good.

Oh, so you're saying iishinron told you to post here. I thought it was one of the two earlier. If you don't believe me check my earlier posts. Telling people from other sites to come here and side with you is almost as sad as making multiple accounts on your own. If I told a bunch of people I know to come here and side with my game I could as well. Unlike you guys however, I don't need to, people like my game without me having to tell them to like it.

I guess no one would side with iishenron though, so he was forced to get people on his side, rather sad...

So since you just came here because of iishenron, just leave. You should have better things to do that flame me and my game, if you don't, you have a very sad life.

He didn't TELL me to come here, he was talking about it on IRC, and I decided to check it out. Stop assuming everyone's against you. Not everyone thinks your game is "zomg awesum". And yeah, an I.P. check would work. Seeing as WIP lives in Utah, FD in Virginia, and I live in New York.

I guess you are an idiot as well. I don't know what iishenron told you, but I'm guessing it was along the lines of "This dude Dragon Blaze is full of himself because he won't listen to me". What he actually said isn't important though, the thing that is important is that he said something (probably negitive) about my game. Thus natuaraly you're gonna come and check on it, however since iishenron is your friend, you're gonna side with him no matter what, even if you thought my game was the best game ever made.

Just the fact that he was complaining or whatever would most likely lead you here, so its not much better than simply asking you to post here.

You'd know this if you knew anything about psycology.

Get a life and find something else to do than dis my game! Believe it or not its not that bad! I know there are a lot of things I need to fix in it, but there are good things about it. None of you even hinted at one of these, or even gave the slightest bit of a compliment, the thing that really got me pissed though is that you're posts all say the same thing, and they wouldn't help me improve my game one bit.

If you have nothing that would contribute to my game, please don't even bother posting. It just makes you look like an ***, if you don't believe me, a bunch of people allready thing you are. I didn't even have to bring anything remotely about this topic up and they still said it.

I really wish there was a smily that was laughing his A** off, cuz I'd use it right now. If you would have paid attention to all my posts, you would get it through you're thick head that I do like flaws being pointed out, but I want to know how I can fix them. You F****** Morons are all saying to scrap everything I made, there is a differance! If you don't realize that, then you are all complete idiots!

And yes, you are siding with iishenron because you know him! If you were old enough to take psychology, you maby would realize that. Yes maby you would have negitive feedback, but the way in which you presented it was exactly like iishenrons! I don't believe everyone at GW was like him, but I'm begining to think they are.

I would like to play all your games, I'm sure I can find just as much wrong with them as you found in my game.

I wanted to leave this topic alone, but it keeps going. Yeah, I posted the link to your game over on IRC. I post at or visit almost every Rm2k/3 board around the community and I'm known to often post links to games in chat. I saw your game, I posted the link. Not the first time I've posted games from here, won't be the last; heck, I've got Legend of Lea uploaded to the "classic games" portion of my site because it was being hosted on an extremely unstable server. ( Not that my site is a paragon of stability, but hey, one issue at a time here. )

Now then, the reason I didn't talk about the good aspects of your game? It's been beaten to death. So, since there were some major issues that prevented me from finishing your game and writing a proper review ( right now, I'd say your game would get around a 35% on my scale; by comparison to some other games that have come out in the past year, I scored Naufragar 56% and Ara Fell 77%; both reviews can be found at  www.queenscourt.org so you can see where and how I'm pulling these numbers ), I briefly hit on the major stumbling blocks in your game which I feel prevent the game from reaching a higher level. Being a user of Rm2k since August of 2000, and having played just about every English Rm2k/3 game that's left even a hint of a mark on the community, I feel I have a pretty large enough sample size to rate where a game stands and where it needs improvement. And, you responded with your opinion that I'm a flaming idiot. Touche'. At least you didn't go the super-lame route of downloading my game and saying "Oh yeah? Well, your game sucks compared to mine, so shut up!" which as a reviewer I've gotten before. Credit where credit's due.

But hey, none of this is contributing to your game because I'm not kissing your butt and saying your game is the greatest thing ever made. Sorry about that.  

You'll no doubt repeat "this proves you're an idiot because ... " and ignore most of what I said here, so I'll summarize everything I've posted in this topic:

1) This game has severe mechanical problems which include:
- Crawly text speed in the introduction combined with autoclose text boxes
- Slow walk speed, even when the irritating "run" system is engaged
- A laggy, unstable CBS
2) Suggested possible solutions:
- Using the DBS
- Moving the game to RmXP
- Junking the run system entirely along with the autoclose text boxes

Now then. I'm not WIP or anyone else but iishenron. PM a mod or admin and have them check the IPs of everyone who's posted in this topic. And, again, in the future, if you indeed don't want C&C, then say "This is my game. I'm not taking any criticism because this game is perfect as it is and that's how I'm going to stand."

I give up, you guys don't even read what I said, and you're not even listening to anything I said at all. when I started reading your post iishenron, I was about to thank you for saying something constructive for a change, however I was mistaken.

What if you didn't like one of the graphics I made, would you tell me to use the defult graphics instead? Telling me to remove the things you don't like from my game is pointless. If you where a decent reviewer, you would think of ways I can improve the stuff I have, not get rid of it.

And it is pretty low iishenron that since i didn't agree with your comments that you had to tell everyone at GW about this thread just so you could have some people side with you. Truely sad...

Oh I'm sorry, I guess theres a really big differance just telling it to people from GW over IRC.

You guys are all just stuck up pricks who don't know anything but to put down games that have little flaws in them. I'm sorry that you want to be in such a hurry to go through my game as to complain about messages going slow, I'm sorry that I didn't catch the lag for you, and I am alfully sorry that you have to push a button to run. Those three things really made my game so horrible!
