How do I make a Chara-Generator peice?

If you've seen my stuff you know that I mainly recolor things, and in mass quantities, into 15 different colors.  But I also make my own hairstyles, recreated from others.  I see how to submit sprites to Battle Animations, Charas, and what not, but how do I submit them the Chara Generator?  I didn't understand the directions I found earlier.

First, go into the generators at the top of the main page. Upload your resource in the bottom-left frame using the Browse and Upload buttons. Then, look for a link called "Share your resources" in the bottom-right frame. Click it, find your resource, fill out the form, and submit it. It will be uploaded next time it's updated.

Oh, I see!  I never signed in before, so I never saw those buttons before.  I'm going to prime a LOT of recolors.  ^_^  Thanks much!
