can someone make a charset from this battlechar? please?

oh, and i got this from a polish site, i have little-no knowledge of the language, it MAY have links to rpgmaker, or it could just have resources, i want to credit them, but will that break any rules? i will wait and hope someone answers this so i can credit them, i do not know the individual person who made it so... what do i do?
